My WooHoo is that I'm working pretty well this week, exercise included. On Friday all this will change, we're going to Europe again! (It seems like I'm abroad all the time, but it's the holiday season over here. The semester starts at the end of October, and then I'll be buried for several months..

My woohoo Wednesday is getting back on track. also.
Home again, with all my exercise equipment, all MY food choices and my computer; I feel I am back in control of my destiny. Love going to visit family, but I'm not ready to take this fitness and nutrition show on the road. Although I didn't stray too far, I still strayed.
But thank goodness I am back on my plan, thank goodness I was able to return without guilt and I didn't throw the baby out with the bath water, YAY!
First of all, congrate IVORY on your accomplishment! Sounds like fun.
My WooHoo for today: It has been sunny out for 3 straight days! Loving it.

I'm celebrating today that I ran the Walt Disney World Wine and Dine Half Marathon on Saturday and beat my previous time by one minute! Also, that after that crazy whirlwind of a vacation, I am back on track today!
