The San Choy Bow sounds really good. I had never heard of it, but it worth giving it a try.

I love crunch, but my teeth are frail, I broke one on a cookie years ago, another broke while I was using dental floss, I miss crunch!

We also make another version of the chinese dish San Choy Bow. Instead of mince inside the lettuce leaf, you put tuna and onion.
I love that crunch too!

I tried your wrap and its great! adding the onion and pickle was refreshing. I also added a little mustard!

I take a slice of lean turkey breast, then top with a lettuce leaf, then a pickle, a little mustard, and maybe a little red onion ring (cut to make 2 half moon shapes). I then roll up the lettuce&turkey around the pickle, mustard, onion. It's a funny looking hot dog, but tastes pretty good. Love the crunch. This is my spin off a recipe I got from the South Beach Diet.

I use Spaghetti Squash as a substitute for spaghetti pasta when making my own homemade spaghetti and meat sauce.

I use the large outer lettuce leaves as my taco shell.

I scramble and pan fry two eggs to use as a sandwich wrap.

Do you have any low/no carb Substitutes you can share?
