still with the 60+ minutes....and I need to "be good" today as my "formal" weigh in day is tomorrow. I weigh in every day because I find it helps to be aware of trends and its a reminder of how much water can change the numbers. But--Friday is the day I put in my spreadsheet of progress (or lack thereof depending on the week).

now that I've worked out my grief for the election I'm working towards goals for causes that are very meaningful for me. I will be volunteering at Planned Parenthood, The Humane Society (this will be a win win because walking the dogs will also help me with me weight loss), and a few other causes.

As for today, I'm focused on eating nutrient rich foods.

Keep resisting the urge to binge that I have been fighting since yesterday.

Caved in that I had a carb heavy lunch, which I have been so good about. BUT, if I didn't do SOMETHING, it could've been bad.
I've been texting out my feelings instead. Sent my sister and a local friend messages and we cried together. Messaged my best friend but he pretty much blew off my concerns (which he never does, but, in this case, I should expect it from his age and location)... but, getting out the feelings helped.
There are things I can do and things I can't do. No need to stress on either score.
