This is more on the fun side, and only now and again, but 15 sets of bi's and tri's on the same day is awesome! Walk out of the gym with some well fed pythons sticking out of your sleeves!!

You should check out www.crossfit.com. A lot of what they do is combo type lifts, etc..GOOD STUFF

The big three would be squats, bench press, and deadlift. The overhead press is also a good one, along with some bodyweight stuff like pullups and dips. Most of the work you get beyond the primary mover muscle group will be isometric, but it's there.

I'm looking for lifts which work multiple muscle groups like power cleans.

I've been devising some of my own using DB (cause my gym won't buy kettle bells). But I need more to keep my muscles in confusion.
