Rained all day and night here, finally quit this morning late...this afternoon the sun
was shining altho was chilly.
I got up with a headache, checked the BP and it was up some, so kinda laid back here
today also.....

Is the prunes and apricots all you eat for breakfast?.....I like both...

Well it is a cloudy Sunday morning and we are expecting some heavy rains today which is probably better than heavy snow.

I am having a bit of a laid-back approach to fitness this morning and got a late start and have accomplished 15 minutes on the stationary bike so far today. We will get more time later today I hope. I have had my daily five prunes and four dried apricots. Drank two glasses of water so far.

It was nice here today.....we had to go to the post office and also to walmart
so by the time I got around and did a couple loads of wash and cooked, the
day is done....taking it easy on exercise and so forth so I don't aggravate my
back or do something to make the pain come back in my side.

I was up a bit late this Friday morning. 5:10 a.m. is a bit late for me. I have completed 25 minutes on the stationary bike.

It is 23 degrees outside this morning so we will not hear the engine today. I had unplugged the trickle charge and I had better plug it back in so it will be ready when the time comes.

Sorry I am late reading this....we all need to take heed of this post and keep those bikes

Hugs, Thank you, yes I have been gone too long and my bike tells my butt about it here lately LOL.

Thank you for that insite on your bike, that is why its important to do these little check ups on bikes, really... it can save your life if you just take the time to do the safety checks.

Had a friend lose his cousin due to a neglect on his bike and it gave out and took him with it. So please take care of yourselves and your bike, cause only together can you live to ride and ride to live.

Well, welcome back, STORMIE, you have been gone too long.

I did just bring my bike up to Seacoast Harley-Davidson in North Hampton, NH for a 25,000 mile check up and they found that all four of my fairing brackets had been broken. I just got a call from them to say that it was all ready for pickup. My bike is all tuned and ready to ride.

My body was just treated with a 30 minute walk and I have completed 60 fitness minutes for today.

Do you treat your body like you treat your bike? I am asking this question with a dual purpose. To get you as a rider to think about your body and your bike, both need to be in an exercise program, both need the right type of fuel to perform as expected. Both need maintaince.

Yeah yeah I can hear you now... exercise my bike?

Do you do the safty checks each and everytime you ride? That's a bikes warm up exercise.
Do you ride the same street everyday? That's a boring routine.
Do you just park your bike and forget it until next time? What happened to the cool down exercise?

Tell what happening between you and your bike's relationship?

Live to Ride, Ride to make another healthy lifestyle change another day!
