I am not sure, I actually eat more fat than it says to because I've eaten low carb for 1 1/2 years now. Was a size 20-22 a size 10-12.

I don't understand why my nutrition tracker keeps telling me to eat more fat when I am trying to lose the fat I have. I'm not grasping why a fat person needs to eat more fat? Can't my body use the fat that is already in/on me?
