My day has been just great. Planning and making new goals for myself yesterday. I received so many congratulatory comments and well wished for maintenance and I am so grateful for all the support. Thanks you to all my friends on Sparkpeople.

I fell when I was rollerskating last Tuesday night. My butt has been sore for past couple days. I am extra tired lately too, not active at all. Feeling a little better today. I'd like to try to skate again tomorrow.
Wow! It's been over a year since I last posted on this thread. Today I have been busy cleaning. My 12 yr old helped. She has been going through depression & anxieties. I have her taking melatonin at night & SAM-e during the day. It's working good so far. She still has anxieties, so will have hre take HTP-5 & Valerian Root for that when they come on the mail. She was a bit overweight and lost 10 lbs and now can fit in size 5's again. She still has a pudgy tummy to lose. We will be walking to church on Sundays and in June we will be bowling daily. I am getting $100 worth of food for $20. Many items are organic. I do get a lot of food I cannot use, so I give food away to 3 different low income relatives of mine. This past week I was able to use 3 lbs spinach, Mexican squash, summer squash, tomatoes, zucchini, potatoes, onions, lettuce & some Greek yogurt.

Its been a hectic week with the death of our beautiful cat. Our van ran over him earlier this week. Someone ran in to the back of our van, so we had to walk all over town and then home towing & carry cases of Girl scout cookies.
It is day 7 into our Girl Scout cookie sale. My daughter has sold 474 boxes so far.
I stay clear of juices, they add calories fast. I do drink green tea, cold or hot for a healthy drink. I will drink coffee sometimes. I bought some B vitamin energy shots from Dollar tree. They really help me alot.
I am not real big on eating fruits & drinking juice, so my goal for the week is to find some fruits and fruit juices that I like! I tend to be a melon fan, but I need to find other fruits that are season that I enjoy! Would also like to replace my morning cup of coffee & diet soda with a more nutritious fruit juice!

So far so good! Being at work keeps me from spending $$! Didn't go out to lunch with the ladies in the office; stayed in and ate my "healthy" lunch that I prepared at home. This is a huge accomplishment because I usually give in and go with the ladies for a very pricey, unhealthy lunch!
Woke up at 5:00am, after going to bed at 2am. Dressed then woke up others in hotel room. After they dressed and I got my daughter showered and dressed, we went to the California sign in front of Disney's California Adventure for a photo of all the over 400 girls. All sold over 750 boxes of Girl Scout cookies. Their picture will be on our council's Girl scout calendar next fall. After that we went to the hotel's ballroom for breakfast & Awards ceremony. My daughter was awarded a charm for selling 1,000 boxes of cookies and a laptop for selling over 2,000. After that we spent 4 hours at Disney's California Adventures theme park, then headed home on the bus. I am sored, exhausted and sooooo glad to be home.
