My hip pain starting to go away. Now just feeling it when I exercise! Ate a 288 cal breakfast, exercised and planned meals until Friday this morning. For lunch thawed some homemade veggie soup, added diced tomatoes, beans & rice. Yum! even daughter loved it!

All my Sparkpeople exercises I did yesterday really helped my left hip & back. Twisted muscles lifting daughter's wheelchair into our van.

I am back on track now. Today was my highest calorie day. it was close to 1,600. I don't feel too bad. I skipped the cookies after church and had black coffee. I skipped mayo and cheese, and replace fries w/ a salad. So I feel confidfent. i ghot in a 30 min brisk walk today too!
