I just input what I eat and let SparkPeople add it up for me. I try to eat from all 4 food groups and stay away from bad fats, high fats, sweets and high sodium. I eat what I want justy in smaller portions and keep it healthy if I can. Hope this helps you, ~Susie
I am just trying to get a general idea of what diets or eating plans people have gone on in their beginning stages. I'm having a hard time choosing which eating plan to go with. I just don't want to get bored to death with food. I also don't want to have it so complicated that it's just too much of a hassle to keep up with. Unfortunately, I am a volume eater. I can't do those diets that only let you have a snack bar and a glass of water and call that lunch. Any insight is appreciated.
