I am not at goal but down 12 in 2012. Goal is to stay consistent throughout 2012 regardless of how slow the weight loss is because downward bound is downward bound. I keep telling myself that is a lifestyle change and not a race.

My goal weight is 128 pounds.I am getting close. I have 3 more pounds to lose. I have lost 25 pounds since the summer of 2009. I have worked hard to keep it off. I still haven't increased my exercising and need to work harder at that.
