Wow 6 years! I've been active on Spark People on and off for years. I've consistently used SP tools like SparkRecipes & the weight tracker, but I'm fully back again after about 4 years and discovering all the great changes to the site. Still amazed at all of the quality content SP offers.

Been away for around a year now and I gained my 35 pounds back plus a few :( Surprised to see there are still some people left on the team. Good job! I can use all the encouragement I can get. It's harder to get motivated this time for some reason. Really appreciate that others are in the same boat and succeeding AGAIN.

Hey guys! Glad to see you're all making progress! I too left back in November 2008 because I was pregnant. I ended up putting on the 65+ lbs I had lost the first time around, and am just now getting back into the groove of losing again. Best wishes! And if you need a kick in the pants for motivation, we can run a biggest loser challenge this month!
I started up again seriously at the beginning of the month (Aug) and I have lost 10 lbs so far. I am doing other challenges. It is interesting to see how successful some people have been who entered a year after I did. Oh well - I am still here and I have a different mindset than when I first signed up.

I started spark August 3 or 4, 2008,,,can't remember exactly.anyhow, I fell away, gained a lot of weight and was wondering who stuck it out, left and came back, succeeded, etc. I have been back since 1/3, and have lost 20 of what I gained pretty much after I left. Debbie
