I'm still here. Didn't know anyone was still around. I lost about 30 pounds a few years ago, got pregnant, and had my 2nd son (who turns 2 next month). Got back to within 10 pounds of my pre-pregnancy weight and then put another 10 pounds on. I refocused last January and I lost 25-28 pounds this past year. Things have been slow for the past couple months, but I'm getting refocused (again) and I hope to lose another 10-15 pounds before summer. I will then be at my goal weight. I'm still fairly active here on SP, off and on.

Congrats and nice to hear from you. this team has been super quiet so it is great to hear about successes.

I haven't been doing as well. I had reached my goal weight 3 years ago and then tore my Achilles tendon. It has been a roller coaster for me since then but I'm trying to get re-focused again.

We're 4 1/2 years in. How well has SparkPeople served you?

I'm staying within 5 pounds of my goal weight, for about three years now. Still struggling to be consistent about exercise, but I find signing up for races and setting strength training goals - those strategies motivate me to train, so I am in better shape with each passing year, but it's slow going.
