I'm still here. Didn't know anyone was still around. I lost about 30 pounds a few years ago, got pregnant, and had my 2nd son (who turns 2 next month). Got back to within 10 pounds of my pre-pregnancy weight and then put another 10 pounds on. I refocused last January and I lost 25-28 pounds this past year. Things have been slow for the past couple months, but I'm getting refocused (again) and I hope to lose another 10-15 pounds before summer. I will then be at my goal weight. I'm still fairly active here on SP, off and on.

We're 4 1/2 years in. How well has SparkPeople served you?
I'm staying within 5 pounds of my goal weight, for about three years now. Still struggling to be consistent about exercise, but I find signing up for races and setting strength training goals - those strategies motivate me to train, so I am in better shape with each passing year, but it's slow going.
