Hey everyone, I am very sorry I haven't been around much lately. Between the holidays, the pregnancy and family...I haven't had much time to process my own thoughts. I seem to have taken on too much here as well, and need to take a step back. I've taken on my own co-leaders for other teams. I was the leader of a football team group on here, but since the season is ending I had to come up with something else for them...which I did, I've created a team entitled New Year-New You. It has daily challenges and healthy food options. It is not as intense as the new bootcamp that is being started, and I can only offer goodies to everyone instead of actual prizes, but I hope to see everyone join regardless.
Everyone will be on teams, and the teams will weigh in together...the team that loses the most weight gets the goodie for that week. Starting and ending weights are individual though, so at the end whomever loses the most weight, will get a goodie worth 1000points.
It is still in private mode as I don't want anyone jumping the gun, since it doesn't officially start until January 1st 2009...but I can invite anyone who would like to join so you can check it out beforehand. Let me know what you think.
Again I'm sorry I won't be around much, but I know you are great hands with the leaders of the team now. Good luck with your goals and all you wish to achieve in life.
