Hmm... no loss this week, exactly the same as last week. Calorie intake has been on the low to midrange of goal and I increased my exercise from 40 min 3x a week to a minimum of 30 min 5x per week (Turbo Jam Cardio Party).
What is going on? Can giving up the nicotine be the culprit? What should I do differently?
