Sounds like everyone has lost inches!!!
I have had a slow go, I've lost 5 pounds since we started and 1 inch off the hips. this week i've tried to refocus on measuring the food and daily cardio.(I wasn't consistent on the cardio)
I find that sparks is a great site and very helpfull, but the best is talking to people who are feeling the same things and are experiencing the same ups and downs.
