I would love to get an elliptical, and knowing it burns so many calories, I may have to make it a goal after losing so many lbs.

I love my elliptical trainer. For strength I like doing crunches. I've had three abdominal surgeries and I thought I'd never have muscle strength again, but the crunches are helping.

Success consists of getting up once oftener than you fall down. ANON.

Riding my stationary bike. In air conditioning or course. LOL

My sign off is usually Take care and God Bless, but sometimes I get the feeling a lot of people would rather I left the God Bless off. Maybe I'll change it to take care and have a Great Day!!!!! If they have a great day, God blessed them.

We have an elliptical machine - it burns a lot of calories in a short time.

But my favorite is working out with Gilad on FitTV. He is energizing and explains everything really well. Total Body Sculpt is more up to date than Bodies in Motion, but both will give you a work out!!

I like dance workouts as far as cardio goes, but my new favorite for strength training is the balance ball, I have a dvd that does an entire body workout and it's rough, but it works really well. It forces you to keep your balance and the proper form.

Thats a fantastic idea!

I'd love to try water exercise but it's so soooo cold at the moment!

I love aerobics and running on the spot. It pumps me up and makes my heart rate go berserk!

Just curious if you would all like to share your favorite exercise with the group, maybe we will get inspired to try something new that is working or being enjoyed by someone on our team.

My new found fav is def the water jogging. It's weight less, easy, burns lots of calories, fun and I can do it with my kids.
