My big goal..is to lose 100 lbs in a year... so, by next July- I will feel healthy.

My short-term goal is to go on a hike by Columbus Day. I have a framed photo of a beautiful spot in the Berkshires called Bish Bash Falls - I want to stand at the top of the falls and look down...last time I tried I could only get half way up before I was too tired.
My big goal right now is to lose 20 lbs. by Sept.1 and then keep up the work when I am back at school. My next goal is to lose another 40 lbs. by the time I take a trip to Greece in February. My final goal is to maintain a healthy weight into the future, I want to look good in my wedding dress.

I feel the same way! I keep throwing around the idea of a 1/2 marathon in Jan. but I'm just a little afraid to actually commit to the goal! (it's something i've wanted to do the last 3 years, but something always comes up) so who knows..we'll see!

I know its almost so far out its scarey to say, but would love to see myself run in a mini or actual marathon someday. I am a long way from that, but if I were to do that..wow. I would be really impressed with myself!
