i am restarting after being off for 2 months. I tried to watch what I ate but did alot of cheating. I gained 13 lbs since December. I have dropped 2.9 so far this week.

Down 1.8 pounds this week. I was at 198.8 from Christmas. Not being home to sneak food has been a help. In two weeks I worked 116 hours during the day and did 6 overnights. For the next two weeks I am scheduled to work just as many daytime hours and 10 overnights. I will only be home Sat. and Sun. nights after 6:30.

This is my weekly weigh in progress from my blog today...

Weight ~137lbs I lost 1 pound, woohoo!
Bust ~34.75" I did not wear as restricting of a sports bra, lol, so I gained .75"
Chest ~29.5" I lost 1.25"
Waist~28.5" I LOST THREE INCHES OFF MY BELLY IN ONE WEEK!!!!!! WOW!
Hips~38" I lost one inch from my hips.
Right Thigh~22" I gained in my thighs, but I think it's muscle from running so much now.
Left Thigh ~23" Same as above, and I work one leg harder because one leg overpronates when I run.
Right Arm~11.5" Lost .5"
Left Arm~11" Lost 1 inch
Neck~13" I have a pretty skinny neck, I don't see it ever changing, really

I can't believe I gained 2 pounds this week. I worked out so hard, but looking back over my nutrition...it wasn't so hot. I just have to change my approach and I'm looking into my "Making the Cut" book by Jillian Michaels to find a nutrition plan that works for me. They say that last 10-20 lbs is the hardest to lose, and it is so true for me.

I just wanted to share that since June of this year I have now lost a total of 28lbs! I can't wait to reach my 30 lbs lost and continue down the road to success from there. Although I only lost 0.4 lbs on the scale on Saturday I was happy with the loss. Hopefully I have many more along the way and I hope everyone else is just as happy with their outcomes as I am.

Well, my cheap scale got moved to another room, and then I moved it back, but it's registering me at 220 now. emoticon

I weighed at the doctor about a week ago, and her scale was nine pounds less, and I had lost a pound, even on her scale!

I looked at my scale today, and it's 219, so maybe I am losing...
I SHOULD be, since I am eating healthier and have doubled my goal steps on pedometer (from 5000 to 10,000!), plus drinking my water faithfully!

So, I'm not going to let the scale discourage me, b/c I am not sure it's accurate or that I need to believe the number it tells me... as long as the number is going down, that is what matters!
(Heaven help my marriage if DH moves the scale again!) emoticon
