Ok, Here we go again.
I went back up to 211.1 as of thursday 3/24/11. Weighed this morning and I am down to 207.8.
I know it is a lot of water loss, but if I can get below 207 this week I will be thrilled. I have been stuck here for over a yearn now.

I have been off for a few months due to a family issue and was surprised to note that I am at 207 still since Mid April 2010.

I have really got to stick with this per a dr visit today. I need to loose as much as possible before 9/22/10 before he has to put me back on steroids for my kidney problem. Not what I wanted but it is that or a kemo type medication and I really don't want that.

stayed the same weight but at least I did not gain. My nutrtion chart at the end of the day says that I need to increase my calories, I am always under. So I guess I need to try that. I am either over or under no happy medium emoticon

Down eight tenths of a pound. Not much, but I'm still not doing enough exercise. My shoulder is still not usable, so strength training is not in the cards right now. I need to walk more.

Stayed the same. The weather has been terrible for walking. However, my son has been initiating our walks which is good for him and gives me a companion. We did my long route for the first time last night. 2.7 miles in an hour. emoticon
