Well, hello there ME! I really will try to get on here more often....so busy with being a single mom, working part time, and going to school full time (6 classes), oh, and of course going to the gym :) As far as how I'm doing, I'm doing well...over the past 6 weeks (I get weighed and measured every 2 weeks) I have dropped weight at each weigh-in. My body fat (not my BMI)is down to 30.8%. My trainer has set a goal for it to be at 29% in the next 2 weeks. So far, I have went to the gym everyday this week! Including twice today! Woohoot! And I will be there tomorrow night for boxing night (lots of abs and pushups and hitting the punching bags)....am debating if I want to go at 5AM before work as well. So, I am doing ok....how are you doing? I think it is great that you are trying to get this team going again....I'm just sorry that we are not very cooperative :( Well, hope you have a great night ME!
