I have 4 goals for January...
1. I am double dipping and going to Weight Watchers to reconnect with reading labels and staying focused. I need to get that edge back after the holidays.
2. I joined the 28 day boot camp challenge again to again liven things up for me.
3. I am going to work hard to get my daily 6+ hours of sleep in.
4. I will guarantee myself 4 hours a week for writing on my National Boards renewal activity that is due in April. This is a big (and expensive project that I worked so hard to achieve in the first place that I cannot let it just fall away now.)
I revise my goals each month--but I am really needing to kick things into gear now. I had a shoulder surgery 3 weeks ago and I realized that comfort eating as I healed was not going to help me in the big picture.
