I do a good job with what I plan for--it is the extra stuff that I am not expecting to show up--like things that appear in our teacher's lounge for example. I made a goal to only eat what I bring or what I plan for. I have to work hard at that, because as soon as one item leaves this place, it seems as if there is somebody right there to replace it with some other snack that I don't really need. If I do take it, I wrap it up to take home and possibly give a way to somebody else (like my husband, lol.)
It isn't easy to manage what just shows up. I also have fruits and veggies available at work, so if I need something additional, something good is available.
It's a tough job at least and we have to stay s and on top of thins in order to stick with our plan that work'

It's easy not to eat the goodies if you are not hungry so I eat a healthy meal/snack before I go anywhere, including down to the social room here. You can't believe the goodies that pass through, especially holidays.
How will you deal with holiday temptations the special treats that are brought to work,social gatherings and lets not forget the baking we do. I think I will keep lots of water with me and gum, by chewing gum it keeps me from eating.
