I have started back here in Feb 2012 after putting some weight back on. I lost 114lbs here previously and I now know I need this community and the food tracker to keep me in check.

Hi Team!

There were 462 Skater Squats done last week with a total of 4 members participating. They were:

AXREAH - 120
JANETLEE40 - 210
SAHAUS49 - 30
SUSANFH46 - 102

Squats done by JANETLEE40 were 160. She also did 150 Dumbbell Squats; 60 Bicep Curls; 60 Dumbbell Pullovers; 75 Hip Flexor with Extension; 54 Back Extensions; and 60 Pendulums.

190 Leg Extensions were done by:

JANETLEE40 - 120
OLIVIADIANNE - 40
SAHAUS49 - 30

450 Lying Leg Curles were done by 3 participating team members. They are:

OLIVIADIANNE - 120
JANETLEE40 - 240
SAHAUS49 - 90

Total amount of Cardio minutes was 772. Team members who participated in the cardio were:

JANETLEE40 - 30
JEANELLEN58 - 147
OLIVIADIANNE - 560
SAHAUS49 - 35

Dumbbell Hammer Curls, a substitution for Skater Squats, was done by JEANELLEN58. She did a total of 445.

Six member participated in the Camel and Cat Stretches. They are:

AXREAH
JANETLEE40
JEANELLEN58
OLIVIADIANNE
SUSANFH46
SAHAUS49

OLIVIADIANNE did 130 Superman; 90 Bridges; 120 Lying Abduction; and 40 Seated Forward Bend.

665 Crunches were done by:

JANETLEE40 - 180
JEANELLEN58 - 395
OLIVIADIANNE - 80

A total of 824 Pushups were done. The participating members are:

JANETLEE40 - 340
JEANELLEN58 - 424
SAHAUS49 - 60

105 Hip Flexor exercises were done by:

JANETLEE40 - 75
SAHAUS49 - 30

150 Side Bend with Towel were done by JANETLEE40 - 90; and SAHAUS49 - 60.

SAHAUS49 also done 60 Step Ups and 30 Calf Raises with Chair.
