They're right! If you go UNDER the recommended calorie intake, it will cause your brain to think you're in starvation mode, and you WON"T lose! I've tried that way too many times, and it just doesn't work!
Stay between the 2 calorie allowances for you, and it will start coming off!
Be sure you drink the water.,...add some lemon juice, or some sort of sweetener until you get used to it....I've even put in artificial flavorings w/ sweetener, and that works. Eventually, you will like the water...it's just getting your body used to it!
Don't give up...this WILL work!!!!!!!!!
