Coffee can be counted with your water intake. But if you add sugar or artificial sweetner and milk/creamer, you need to add the sugar and/or milk to your nutrition tracker.

Hi all. I am still new to this and I was wondering how coffee fits in. I only have one cup in the AM. I was wondering if that will affect my weight loss.
