Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and not munching on salty foods. I use to gain around 5lbs of boated weight during that time. The thing to remember when you are bloated you actually need more water to flush out the bloating. Hang in there with your healthy eating and exercise and you should be just fine.
WOW! I'd check at your weigh-in in a day or two...I'm over that too, but I'd never had more than a pound or two difference...

Sorry, wish I could offer some advice but I'm way over that (thank goodness lol)
Hope you can get some answers. And no question is a bad question.
It might be a Taboo subject to address, but I'm going to do it.
I've been doing weigh-ins every few days, and this week is, "that time of the month"...
My exercise and diet haven't changed, but I gained 9lbs in 2days!!!
I know most of us deal with bloating and just feeling heavier when that time comes, I just thought that almost 10lbs was just ridiculous!!!
I'm going to weigh myself again when it's over to see if there's any change, and to see if its something that I should look into.
I know we've all dealt with bloat and water weight gain, I was just wondering if anyone has ever experienced something as drastic as this...
