I've been doing weigh-ins every few days, and this week is, "that time of the month"...
My exercise and diet haven't changed, but I gained 9lbs in 2days!!!
I know most of us deal with bloating and just feeling heavier when that time comes, I just thought that almost 10lbs was just ridiculous!!!
I'm going to weigh myself again when it's over to see if there's any change, and to see if its something that I should look into.
I know we've all dealt with bloat and water weight gain, I was just wondering if anyone has ever experienced something as drastic as this...
