Well my bronchitis has cleared up, but unfortunately, my ear infection is not responding to treatment. However, I decided to do some KB today!

I went back to the beginning with a lighter KB, 10 lbs. and did Kettlebells the Iron Core Way, Vol. 1. I was amazed at how much ground I had lost in 2 weeks. I was struggling. I actually had to rest 5 minutes between the second and third circuits. But I "got 'er done!". I think it is going to take me a while to get back to where I was.

I hope everyone heals quickly and completely! My tendonitis is starting to lesson, so I hope to start back very soon.

My return to KB has been again put on hold due to bronchitis coupled with ear and sinus infections. I am slowly trying to build up some strength with some mellow pilates. It is amazing how illness can wipe out one's reserves. Good luck with your recovery from surgery!

Wishing you a speeding recovery!!!

I can't workout for awhile either. I had surgery 5/12 and although I am recovering well, I still have to wait 2-3 more weeks before I can' even think about it!!

Strong is the new skinny!

That sounds really painful! I hope you recover fully and quickly.

Apparently I popped a rib while helping to move furniture this past weekend. It hurt so much to breathe! Luckily my chiropractor popped it back into place but the area is still extremely inflamed. So now I am sitting here with an ice pack going through KB withdrawal.
