Oh that's great to know I'm not alone in this struggle. I think some of it is just forcing myself to putting myself -- i.e. my work outs -- first. I'm a LOT better than I used to be (God knows) but want to improve. Tonight I only did 45 minutes of KBs and elliptical but when my husband was busy I ended up working out 15 minutes longer and felt great!
So my OVERALL 2011 goals (thus far) --
-- Make 1 hour of daily exercise the norm not the exception
-- Get to my goal weight (I actually thought I'd be a lot closer by now but hey -- one step at a time)
-- Starting snow shoeing (just got the shoes! Woo hoo!) and restarting kayaking.
It's funny how writing the goals down helps. I know it sure does for me each week.
