My goal weight is 170. I'm 5'8" and for me, personaly, I think 170 is a good weight for me.
One of my other goals is to be athletic and I know muscle weighs more than fat, so I will be OK with 180.
As with most of the other members, it's about feeling good and being HEALTHY. I'll never be a stick :)
