I would like to lose 25lbs. I havent been below 153 since 2 years ago. Currently at 167. I think I would look silly under 145. :)

My goal is to be 149lbs before i got to hawaii this summer but if I get close to it I'm happy.

My goal is to be at 150. Ive been there before about six years ago, before baby number three. Its where I feel comfortable. Thats all I want is to be comfortable but have some cusion. :)

My goal is to lose 150 pounds, I'm 1/3 of the way there, but lately I've been feeling worn out and would be okay with only 100. Once I'm feeling better, I'll probably go back with my original goal, lol

My goal is to lose 100lbs by the end of next year. I'd like to lose two dress sizes by the end of the year, but I'm having problems getting started. Just trying to find my groove.

My body kept 155 for about 8 years - till I went off to college. I think my body likes that weight, but I'm willing to shed a few more pounds as long as I don't lose my curves. I just want my hour glass figure back!

I just joined this site. i would like to lose around 90-100lbs. and be healthy at a good 115lbs. :) i have had a gym membership for almost 2 years and find it really difficult to go. does anybody have any tips for motivation.
i think what i really need is to have someone i can exercise with.

My overall goal is I want to be between 130 and 140lbs I'm 5'1 and that is what I weighed between my JR and SR yr in High school. I loved it and looking back at those pictures makes me want to get back down to that! My hubby and I are TTC a baby so right now I would just like to change my eating habits and exercise so that when i do get preggers I can maintain the new life style...

My goal weight is 170. I'm 5'8" and for me, personaly, I think 170 is a good weight for me.

One of my other goals is to be athletic and I know muscle weighs more than fat, so I will be OK with 180.

As with most of the other members, it's about feeling good and being HEALTHY. I'll never be a stick :)

I would love to be back in shape, I've never been "skinny" I've always been thick. I would really love to get back to 150 to 160, and would love to be able to look good in a bikini again. I really want to lose 50 lbs for my sister's wedding dec. 5th 38 lbs to go!!! But most of all I want to feel good again!!!

My goal is to get healthy, to be able to be more active and have FUN, and to feel cute again! I think the ballpark weight is 140, but I'll change that as I see fit once I get closer. I might be comfortable at 150, or 130... we'll see. I can't wait to have the problem of deciding whether I need to lose 10 more pounds! emoticon

What could you accomplish if you focused on your strengths instead of your weaknesses?

It's good to see more people have joined the team! Yay! I have a couple weight loss goals...by Feb. 09 (my wedding) I'd like to lose another 40lbs. After the wedding I want to keep going and lose another 20lbs! Like some of you I have never been skinny and don't want to be. I just want to be fit and feel comfortable. I also want to fit into cute clothes!!

I want to lose 35-40 pounds to get to between 145 and 150. I don't want to be skinny and have never been so I feel like that would be a good goal and I could maintain that. I just found this team, yeh!

My weight loss goal is to lose 80lbs altogether. I'm currently 244lbs, started out at 260lbs. I don't want to be skinny, I've never been skinny, I want to be athletic. I was more athletic in the past. I used to be about 170 or 180lbs before; plus I tend to look smaller than I really am.
