Mom, I'm sort of where you are. Have made healthier choices in the way I eat and getting more exercise but not loosing very much. Keep reminding yourself that even if you aren't loosing but are creating healthier habits, that all is not lost. Portions are still my problem but I'm hanging in there. Please hang in there too! We'll get there...eventually. emoticon

I weighed in and I didn't lose. I am doing something wrong. I love this site just cant seem to lose. I work out more then usual I think I am still overeating not sure I have cut back a lot?? Please give me some help on eating and what I should eat anyone please?Thank you all emoticon

I don't want to feel like all eyes are on me! When I do soo much for my family I just feel like everyone is looking at me. I am the big girl.

I went for a walk around the neighborhood with a neighbor and I bounced on the mini trampoline for 30 minutes

I got canning done today. 3 qts of tomato sauce and 9 qts of green beans.

It must not be as hot where I am. We had a good breeze coming in. I rode my bike for 40 min. and did Tae Bo for 25. I have a ceiling fan I workout under. LOL

Wednesday I rode my bike for 40 minutes today. Went with my oldest son. Sure is a lot more fun with company. Plus he pushes me to go faster which burns more calories! emoticon

Way to go Shelbear. Today, Wednesday I did 60 minutes of water aerobics. Boy can I tell I haven't evercised for a couple of months.

I played volleyball with some people at church for about 45 minutes. I also rode my bike for about 23 minutes.

Thought we could record our exercise for the day each day. This is a big challenge for me. I did by a rowing machine and hope to use it daily. It's great on my knees. Will record later when I've finished my 20 minutes on it.
