Mom, I'm sort of where you are. Have made healthier choices in the way I eat and getting more exercise but not loosing very much. Keep reminding yourself that even if you aren't loosing but are creating healthier habits, that all is not lost. Portions are still my problem but I'm hanging in there. Please hang in there too! We'll get there...eventually.

I weighed in and I didn't lose. I am doing something wrong. I love this site just cant seem to lose. I work out more then usual I think I am still overeating not sure I have cut back a lot?? Please give me some help on eating and what I should eat anyone please?Thank you all
I don't want to feel like all eyes are on me! When I do soo much for my family I just feel like everyone is looking at me. I am the big girl.
Thought we could record our exercise for the day each day. This is a big challenge for me. I did by a rowing machine and hope to use it daily. It's great on my knees. Will record later when I've finished my 20 minutes on it.
