Enter the 100’s or “onederland”, as many people refer to it! Currently I am 7 lbs away but that would make me the thinnest I have been in twelve years so it would be a huge accomplishment for me. Another goal is to visit two cities I have never traveled to before, the first one is Seattle which I have a trip scheduled for in September and the other city on my list is the windy city, Chicago! Also, to maintain my current weight but keep losing at a pace that I will be able to keep it off for life!
I have many goals: One of them I completed was to complete a half marathon. I want to run 2 to 3 more. Run 4 5ks, 2 10ks then in November to a full marathon. My biggest goal is to dig deep in myself and find out what keeps me from eating better and mindfully.
My goal is to make progress towards losing weight. Also, I pulled a muscle and was not able to exercise for six weeks - absolute torture! So, my other goal, is to get back into the 5K training so that I can sign up for another 5K.
