I have been frustrated with having low energy. it was a cool weather weekend but i still did not get much housework done. i did get som extra rest, did not eat the best, but still did plan and follow through with having at least 3 servings of veggies each day. i did do some strength training each day.

I have been bummed out for the last 2 weeks, my SIL was told her cancer is back and very aggressive to the point that their is no cure...symptom management is now the plan for her. I have been depressed about the whole thing and have been eating what ever I find...thankfully not to much junk food in my house as I hadn't been buying any. Woke up this morning and prayed for strength to set me back on the path to self care. Packed a lunch for work, will get in some exercise but work in a home setting so will be challenging to find the time. I do have Leslie Sansone 3 minute walk for desk workers saved on the desk top so will do that at least once every couple hours. Attitude change is my motto today, take care

i had such a foot in mouth time today. i was mindlessly gabbing with my supervisor. i was repeating some complaints and used a bad word choice. not a swear word, but saying someone "refused" to do something. The fact is that i did not directly hear someone refuse to do something. They said there department does not handle it (not true, she was not trained correctly) So my sup was really worked up. once i said i could not get it back in my mouth and explain it proper.

so i am beating myself up a little. i just don't know when to shut up. I will continue to work on it.

I am going to try to get to the mall tommorrow and get my walking in as usual regardless of the rain. TGIF by the way. I may be going to a family reunion in June. This would be my first one that I have gone to. We shall see how it goes when it gets close to the date.

Good morning everyone. Hope you had a good weekend. I am doing okay, my shoulder is doing a lot better and is not hurting as much. I think that I may have burned it with Icy Hot patches and the rub on if that is possible. It is still tender to the touch but I can move it around with no prroblems.

I always hate having to set my clock ahead an hour. I feel off for about a week as my body clock resets. I end up feeling really tired and don't sleep well. i really miss that extra hour of sleep.

My knee and foot were acting up last night. I hope I did not resprain the foot again. Between the caffine and the foot my sleep had been interupted. I am hoping I can go for a walk, but I am going to need to take it easy . I will also be getting my room done some more and going to the jewlery store with my mom and my grandmother.

I realized this morning that my BG is not going to change until this fibroadenoma is gone. It is getting better, though. I don't have so much pain anymore, but it keeping my BG up and I am trying to reverse my diabetes.

I also received notice that a young friend was found dead in her apartment this last week. She was one of my favorite student going to the college we have here and had moved to SC after graduation. No one knows what caused her death.

I am struggling with getting my bedroom done. I am in an enficency appartment. I will be staying in a bedroom, bathroom and share a kitchen. I do strugglewith more than just what to get done with, but my binging is severe enough that I am seeing an eating disorder person on the 29th.

Ran my errands and i was ahead of schedule so i waited to go to the library. they were not open yet. so i spent 10 minutes walking around the park that is nearby. it was a bit cool and the snow was deep in parts.but it was nice outside. it was better then going home and snacking on chocolate.

Today I walked about 5 miles - not all in one shot though. I walked my dog, then I walked to the store, then walked to church & back home. It was chilly but the sun was out so I got my D. Now I am about to hole up with a book called The Poker Bride.

I did my job as an in-home operator today and then had two young ladies for crafter's tea. They visited for awhile, and started my dinner but go sidetracked with email and messages boards.
But it is getting late and I need t do my rebounding and what ever else I need to do before it gets late and I fall asleep. I didn't get much sleep last night.

was traveling today. spent 7 hours in a car . i did pack some water bottles and packed healthy snacks. enjoyed my lunch - 1st time at buffalo wild wings. i picked some things that sounded lower in calories and it worked. When i pulled up the tracker the calories were lower then i thought.

Wow! A 30-day shred sounds like it would be exhausting. Hope your weekend is restful is restorative. Spring has definitely sprung in the south. Everything is in bloom. One of my favorite times of the year!

been having a lot of slip ups this week. i've been tired and crabby- specifically tired. i finished 30 day shred on tuesday. and i took a couple of days to so some lower impact exercise
