Still streaking or want to restart? I actually did okay on my daily exercise, even through Thanksgiving, just not so great on my sparking! I need a dual streak, exercise and get on here and say I did!

Day three of my streak complete.... barely... came in at 35 minutes. Thats all I could eek out tonight... shreded the hell out of my legs. Pain is weakness leaving your body after all right?

Still only 2/3 of the way there.... elip has been elusive today. I may manage to track it down at the gym before strength training. UGH! I WILL do it today even if it is the last thing I do before bed!

Today is day three and i am trying soooooo hard not to talk myself out of this. I am tired. I am cranky and I just want to go back to bed... but instead... I had breakfast and am savoring my cup of coffee... and then I will drag myself over to the eliptical. I am so tired. I guess I need to look at this as an opportunity read for an hour or watch deepspace nine. LOL okay... I am 2/3 of the way there! ugh

Anyone interested in doing a two week streak with me? It doesn't have to be the same streak as I am attempting. I just need someone to help me be accountable for something I am trying right now.

I have been getting into the gym 4-6 days a week doing powerlifting but my cardio has slipped way off because of the time it takes to do the power lifting routine. SOOOOO my goal is to get in at least 30 minutes of cardio in the mornings before I head to the gym.

Will anyone join me? check in with me either here, via text, or on FB? I am on day two but I need encouragement. Let me know
