I thought I would address some of the most frequently asked questions here on PM. Please don't post here so that I can try to keep this as easily accessible to those that need this information. THANKS!

1.DO I HAVE TO DO THE CHALLENGE ON FRIDAY?
No. New challenges are posted on Fridays. You may do them anytime that fits into your schedule.

2.HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I DO THE CHALLENGE?
Our team goal is 3x a week, however if all you can do is once a week, that is fine.

3.CAN I DO THE CHALLENGE TWO DAYS IN A ROW?
No. Give your body a chance to rest in between challenges. You donít want to overwork the same muscle groups two days in a row and risk injury.

4.DO I HAVE TO DO 100% OF THE CHALLENGE?
No. BUT 100% EFFORT is required. This is not the same thing as 100% completion. We have many different levels of fitness on the team and not everyone can complete the challenges. NEVER SACRIFICE FORM OR SAFETY FOR COMPLETION OR TIME!!!!

5.WHAT IF I DONíT KNOW HOW TO DO AN EXERCISE?
Take a look here and see if one of these exercises is the one you are looking for. If you donít see it here, just send me a spark mail and I will get the info to you.

6. WHAT IF I CANíT DO ONE OF THE EXERCISES LISTED IN THE CHALLENGE?
If you have physical limitations due to an injury or other issue and canít do one of the exercises listed on the challenge, spark mail me or Mr. Durden and we will give you a substitution or modification to do instead.

7.WHO IS MR. DURDEN?
Mr. Durden is the twisted individual who makes these challenges that we love to hate. He is our leader also affectionately known as President Pain! He is also my mentor and friend that got me started on this journey in my quest to lose weight. Visit my spark page to find out more.

8.Do I HAVE TO DO THE HOMEWORK?
You are only cheating yourself out of an opportunity to learn some new information and habits. It is not required for the team but KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! The more you know and learn on this journey, the less likely you are going to be to put back on the weight.

9. WHY DO YOU CALL US SPACE MONKEYS?
If you haven't caught on to scheme of all of the crazy lingo associated with Mr. Durden, and his team,there is a simple answer: FIGHT CLUB There is a ton of wisdom hidden in that book (and movie) if you just look at it the right way

10. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BRISK AND INTENSE CARDIO?
Brisk is a workout that causes you to exert enough effort to cause you to have pretty hard breathing, but still be able to carry on a conversation with a friend on the next treadmill, or jogging beside you.

Intense is just what it sounds like. It is an amount of effort you would exert if you were in a race (regardless of if it is on a bike, a run, rowing, eliptical, stair climber, or other cardio activity). It is giving your full best effort for the entire time. This is where you compete against the clock. You bike, run, swim, row, climb, or whatever as far as you can in the alloted time.
