I needed a place to share this, and I am sure all of my FB friends are ready to kill me over how much I talk about exercise and weight loss, so I decided to make a topic where we can all share our daily/weekly/monthly/etc.. success stories
To start, I just weighed and measured in for the week/month and.....
3 pounds down!
1.5 inches off my waist!
1.5 inches off my hips!
and 1.75 inches off of my thighs!!
No inch loss off of my super problem area (my arms) but that just shows me what to focus more attention on. Super excited though! I may not make bikini season this year, but I plan to be in the best shape of my life by next summer!
And my Body by Vi (Visalus) shakes come in today! I can't wait to try them. I am using them for weight loss and I am mentally trying to train myself to eat healthier and basically eat to live instead of living to eat.
