today i like my drive in spite of Afib, diabetes, high blood pressure...i pushed hard today to do 3.5 miles! wow ladies, that is awesome........Leslienore 60 lbs that is amazing!

One thing I like about myself today is my courage to go on. Things have been pretty hard the last several years and I've weathered through it. I know I can get to my goal if I just weather through the stormy patches!!

I like the fact that I can be a good friend and encourage others to get in shape. Got my friend to walk 3.46 miles with me this morning. Gave her a good workout with all the hills and grades.

I loved the way I looked this morning for church. I had on a black pencil skirt (which had been too small until recently), a shirt that had a bead tie around my neck, and low black heels. I looked in the mirror and couldn't believe I was looking at myself. For the first time I was able to really see myself as 30lbs smaller.

I love myself for keeping going on my bike ride today even though my knee and toosh were killing me!! I rode over 5 miles yesterday, and today I rode another 3! Tomorrow I am going to have to take it easy so I think I might google shadow boxing, but hopefully my knee will be good and I'll be able to walk a little bit. *sigh*

One thing I love about myself is that I am not afraid to do new things and I don't need someone else to do whatever it is with me. I am comfortable being on an adventure all by myself. I can read about something that sound interesting and just do it. If someone tells me you could never do that, then it is certainly something I CAN do, or at least can give it a try if it interests me.
