I really fell off the tracks...got into a period of anxiety and depression over some personal issues. I gained back some weight, but I set up my bike inside with a wind trainer and started doing my workouts inside when the weather got too bad. Ive now lost most of the weight I gained and still losing.

Its me again... Things have gotten really chaotic for me and I've kinda fallen off the tracks. And maybe was knocked out, figuratively speaking. I went in for my annual physical- and found out I gained about 50lbs. And I returned to work, then had a car accident, so between work & massage/physio/dr appointments I have been having difficulties finding time to relax and to exercise...
I do need to start getting back into things, its been tough though.
