I really fell off the tracks...got into a period of anxiety and depression over some personal issues. I gained back some weight, but I set up my bike inside with a wind trainer and started doing my workouts inside when the weather got too bad. Ive now lost most of the weight I gained and still losing. emoticon

Hi everyone!

Its me again... Things have gotten really chaotic for me and I've kinda fallen off the tracks. And maybe was knocked out, figuratively speaking. I went in for my annual physical- and found out I gained about 50lbs. And I returned to work, then had a car accident, so between work & massage/physio/dr appointments I have been having difficulties finding time to relax and to exercise...
I do need to start getting back into things, its been tough though.
