I have lived in Shanghai for over two months now. I am adapting, but it's a challenge. I have the work out taken care of but the nutrition part is a little tricky. There are a few of the same vegetables here as in the states, but I need some help. What's good?
Oh and yes, get a VPN. I would be lost without mine.
Answer to your question. Yes, the "Chinese Great FireWall" does block many websites. What you need is a VPN. There are many different types some that you pay for and some that are free. I use the FreeGate. http://freegate.en.softonic.com/ It works well for me and it's free. I know some people that use other VPN they paid for.
