It has been crazy here, too. Finally got my cards mailed last Thursday... and as far as I can tell, most of them arrived on time. That's always a good thing. I am SWEARING that next year they will be stamped and addressed by Thanksgiving! Really. I mean it... (Please do not shake your heads at me next year when I confess that I am late again!)
Hope you all had a great Christmas, and that your New Year is the beginning of great things. Pam, if there is anything that we can do for you, let us know.
I missed my usual stamping night last night, as I was tired from waking up too early these days.....had gotten busy with putting together Christmas pkg's lately and just wanted to stay home & chill. I've been doing some stamping here at home this week, but the stamp night is something I always look forward to. But, there are times I need to stay home and be a homebody. Will look forward to the next time. Our young adults are here at home right now and we are all keeping some crazy hours.

Crazy times ahead for me too! Theatre Friday night, and my last free weekned till new years! The following weekend my Mom & brother are coming to spend a long weekend with us - they live with mys sister & BIL, so giving them a "weekend off". They will be back to my house with my other brother for Thanksgiving, but only coming for the day - then we are headed for Jacksonvlle for my nephew's wedding on Thanksgiving Saturday. I leave on a cruise on Dec 1 for 7 days to celebrate my 60th birthday (12/12) and before I know it, it is Christmas!!! YIKES!
I am giving home made Limoncello as gifts - got the last batch bottled earlier this week. I used a recipe from Slow foods Italy, which is a lot longer than the Giada recipe, but WAYYYY better, too!
Lots of work to do, too... Hope you are all doing well!

Hi, Pam and everybody! In about an hour, I'm picking up 2 friends and we're off to a stamping/ scrapbooking weekend at Singing Hills in NH. I'm so excited! SO ready for a weekend away!
Paul & I are still working on the bathroom remodel. As of the end of September, the new toilet & vanity were up and working. As of last night, the tub is usable. Still can't take a shower, but I am VERY grateful for that tub! I've been showering at Planet Fitness. At least it gets me out to exercise more!
Congrats on becoming an aunt! November 20th is my niece's birthday.
WOW! Can you believe it's November 1 already?? I'm still wondering where September and October went!
Well, the holidays will soon be upon us and I know that everyone is super busy, so this thread will serve as our chit chat thread for both November and December.
What is everyone up to? Any special plans for the upcoming holidays?
My sister is having a baby on November 20 (planned C-section), my parents will be visiting for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, and we are just busy besides all that! I haven't had time to do anything crafty for a while, which bums me out, but I am looking forward to a retreat at the end of this month!
