Glo, that is awesome, Just Do It attitude will take you far. I love Leslie's workouts, I have so many of them and when I do them I feel it all over.
100stepsup.... Are you doing any exercise at all? Are you planning your meal daily? Are you starting your day with a good breakfast filled with fiber? Are you drinking your water daily? This is not about depriving ourselves but it is about making changes. Such as portion control, no seconds, no sugar, no pop, no junk food, no fast food, no skipping meals. You want a piece of cake well compromise and make it 2 times a week instead of every day, You want a burger, eat it but cut the mayo or cheese or both and say no to the fries and pop. Little things here and there that will add up. Definitely SAY NO to pop. Make sure you are getting a good work out, Cardio, strength training..... Walking. Anything. Once you workout you will feel like a rush and not want to mess up the calories burned with unhealthy things. Just find healthier snacks to replace it with.
You have control and only you can stop yourself. The question is DO YOU WANT CHANGE BAD ENOUGH, TO FIGHT YOURSELF. The battle is not with the food, it is with ourselves. Focus on today and push yourself to not give in and if you feel the urge just remind yourself why you're here and where you want to be. YOU ARE WORTH IT! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS! UNLEASH THE WARRIOR IN YOU!
