I've been on the SP program now for a little over 2 weeks, and I have fallen off the horse twice already...not that it's ok and not that it should be done, but it does happen, don't let it discourage you...just learn from your mistakes.....sometimes it takes the mistakes for us to learn which is the right way! So just get back on the horse and keep going! Good luck!!

I was off these last couple of days and planned to get back on track today. I had to take my uncle to doctor's and run errands for a friend and by the time I was done with everything I was starving. This has been my problem in the past waiting to long to eat and end up overeating. I ended up going through drive-thru and not making the wisest decisions. I know what to do tomorrow not wait so long to eat this only leads to overeating. Tomorrow I am going to get back in the game and not wait so long to eat. And Yesi I am going to take your advice and lay off the pop it does bloat you, not to mention all the sugar. Gonna try and stay focused tomorrow, thank yall for your encouragement.
