to SP and to the team!! If I say so personally, you really came to the right place! I have been a yo-yo dieter and I have never been able to stay on track, until I found this site! I am not into my 3rd week, and I am as motivated as ever to change my life. This ales me feel really good because they say most people fall off the wagon by the 2nd week. This site is really a godsend. There is so much to learn, by reading articles and blogs, taking quizes and playing the trivia.....there is just so much I didnt know. Not to mention the way the site is set up, you are just motivated to do the right things. Getting your spark points is almost like a game, and the more you play the game, the better choices you are making. It's really a wonderful program! The people on here are very supportive and encouraging. I just haven't found one bad thing about it. So I think your on the right track!:) Yesi is also a very sweet supportive person! So you really joined a wonderful team! I just want you to know that I am here if you ever need anything, even a shoulder to lean on! This is going to be a great journey! Good luck with all your goals!!
Only I can make this change for myself!!!

I'm excited to start this journey started on 9-20-11, I think SP may be an answer to my many nights of crying to the Lord of what can I possibly do to lose weight. I've been battling weight for my whole life since the age of ten that was the same year my mom died. Maybe this has something to do with my weight issues among many other hurts. I'm now an adult and have gained over thirty pounds the past two years on top of already being morbidly obese. I need help and to change my ways of eating before it's to late. I'm in my forties and know I've given in to temptation a bazillion times and don't want to live a life of defeat any longer. I come humbly to the group and want to say thank you YesI1211 for the invite, and look forward to this journey and getting to know all of you. Every day I've been tracking my nutrition and every day I get closer to my cals for the day my cal count for the day goes down every day. When I first started tracking didn't realize how much cals I ate. This is an awesome tool to use, and after having a heavy lunch and seeing an invite in my inbox to this group, I didn't overeat the rest of the day!!! Thanks, Glo
