Yes it is! I am aching too my feet, low back........ from all these excess pounds. Can't wait till the day these pounds are gone. This weekend you are not having a slip up. You will plan your meals, drink your water, get some exercise in even if just a walk. And its okay to have a treat just keep it within calories and use portion control. It is not about depriving ourselves. It is about having control. YOU CAN DO IT!
