Yes it is! I am aching too my feet, low back........ from all these excess pounds. Can't wait till the day these pounds are gone. This weekend you are not having a slip up. You will plan your meals, drink your water, get some exercise in even if just a walk. And its okay to have a treat just keep it within calories and use portion control. It is not about depriving ourselves. It is about having control. YOU CAN DO IT!

Hi all....hope everyone is doing well!! It is happy Thursday!! It's almost time for the weekend again.....last weekend I had a slip up....I'm going to work hard not to let that happen again! I feel really good about the choices I have been making....my body aches from exercising, so I assume I have done it right this time! Hehe. I am still so motivated by all the wonderful people on this site....it's such a wonderful atmosphere....so thank you to you all!!
