Good for you sweetheart!!! Don't give up! Giving up is never the answer! I understand what your going through, I've only been on my journey for 2 weeks now, and I already had a bad slip up.....but you have to remember, a slip up is exactly what it says, a slip up! You have to get back up and continue on. We all slip, we all fall, we all feel like giving up....but the truth of the matter is.....where would we get in this world if we didn't continue working and trying? I'm in school too.....if I gave up every time a class got hard, I would never pass......same in this perspective. If I give up every time I hit a speed bump, I'll never succeed at doing whati need to do to change my life! You did the right thing! Stress management is a hard thing to accomplish, but you have to find out how to do it for yourself, and you will!! Keep your head up! And if you ever need anything.....I'm here for you!!!

NEVER EVER GIVE UP! Just like I wrote on my blog today. We have to start retraining our mind to the opposite of what lies we have been feeding ourselves. YOU ARE CAPABLE, but you have to BELIEVE YOU CAN. When you finally BELIEVE it, that you will see that you are a warrior. YOU HAVE CONTROL! YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE! So take charge and take control or it will only get worst. It's hard it is but even when we are feeling down and like quitting force yourself to hang in there and push through. I BELIEVE YOU CAN! I BELIEVE IN YOU! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF TOO!

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

I went home this past weekend (I stay in a dorm at my college during the week). It wasn't really great, usually it's not too bad, but everything just seemed to suck. I just got so upset, and started thinking negative thoughts. I spiralled down, and even decided that nothing was worth it and ate a lot more than I should have. I didn't exercise. Since then I haven't tracked anything (food or exercise), and I gave myself the excuse of: "well, I'm really busy, I have so much studying to do and 3 upcoming tests (only 2 now, did one yesterday), so I don't have time to do anything. Then I was thinking about it today, and I thought "I'll just quit. I obviously can't do this." But then I realized, "Ok, I fell off the bandwagon. Am I just gonna stand here and watch it keep going or am I gonna try to catch up and get back on?" So I decided to accept the fact that I didn't do so well these past few days, and start trying again. I'm not going to give up this time.
