I am with SP for just a little over than a month now. I lost 9 pounds in the first 3-4 weeks and was really glad about it. Now, I am stuck at the same weight since the past week and a half.
Does that happen to you to? Please share your comments and experience.
Can a plateau happen so early in the loosing weight process? How long at the same weight is considered as a plateau?
I still do my training (and even more than during the first weeks), and I also track all my food and respect my goals...
It is so frustrating! For now, I'm still motivated, but I don't know for how long if the scale doesn't go down soon.
