I actually read somewhere that it is when we feel deprived of something that we want it more. So maybe depending on what it is you should have it but just have a small portion of it and don't have it every day. I have those struggles every day and some days I mess up. Like POP for me is a weakness.
Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.
Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.
Short-Term Goal: *Drink my water daily *30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

Hey everyone!! Happy Weekend to you all!! I have to admit, yesterday was a hard day for me....I had some serious cravings for junk food! I'm not even a huge junk food person, but I guess now that I can't have it, I want it all the more! It was hard having those cravings! But today I see it was just a bump in the road, because today is waaaaaaaay better! Makes it easier to know that these hard times pass. Hope you all have a great weekend!!!:)
