RDELONG0 do not feel guilty. Some things are out of our control, like being sick. Just focus on getting better so you can come back and kick butt. Tell that voice in your head telling you negativity that YES I AM DETERMINED, YOU CAN'T STOP ME, I WILL GET BACK ON TRACK AS SOON AS I AM BETTER!!!.................................... Anything discouraging that comes out of your mouth turn it around and make it into something positive and say it aloud. We should all do that. Get well!
