i weighed myself just for fun today and was surprised to see that i am down 2lbs in just 3 days. i guess that is the only thing that is good about being sick. though i could do without the rest of it. i hope that it will stay off as i feel better and keep losing instead of gaining the 2lbs back. i have a long way to my goal weigh and i know its going to take awhile to get it off and keep it off but any weight lose is encouraging.

today i haven't been able to eat at all. the thought of it makes my stomach hurt and i just can't make myself eat i am drinking a good bit though i know i am still not getting enough calories. i honestly don't know if i can get on the machine today but i am going to try and if i can't do it then i am not going to feel quilty about it because i haven't been able to keep much in so that i can have energy the last few days. thanks for the encouragement i really hope i feel better tomorrow this seems to be really putting me off track

RDELONG0 do not feel guilty. Some things are out of our control, like being sick. Just focus on getting better so you can come back and kick butt. Tell that voice in your head telling you negativity that YES I AM DETERMINED, YOU CAN'T STOP ME, I WILL GET BACK ON TRACK AS SOON AS I AM BETTER!!!.................................
... Anything discouraging that comes out of your mouth turn it around and make it into something positive and say it aloud. We should all do that. Get well!

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

I feel super quilty about not exercising emoticon .i am seriously thinking about getting on the machine and doing between 5 and 10 minutes so that at least i have done something. but there is no way i could do the 20 minutes that i have been doing without getting sick. today i feel emoticon and really think i am going to have to get on the machine to make me feel like i am still headed towards the goal of this weight lose.

I feel worse today. i was able to do my exercise yesterday but today i just can't do it i feel weak and am having trouble keeping liquids down even. i will get back into the routine tomorrow even if i don't feel better because i know if i don't do some then i will get into the routine of not doing anything.

I'm sorry to hear you are sick I hope today you are feeling better. Soup sounds good today. I think I may go for some this afternoon for dinner.

So i have a sore throat today and nothing seems to want to stay down when i eat. i tracked everything i ate but i'm going to say 90% of it didn't stay down. i am already having trouble with getting enough calories and then this happens. i am going to continue to do my exercising as long as i can with being sick. hopefully this doesn't last long. i think tomorrow is going to be a soup day for me or i may even try to eat some soup later as a snack and hope it stays down.
