You fall 99 times you get up a 100th time!!! It is done and there's nothing you can do about it any more. All you can do is try and give a new day like today 100%. Think why are you here and where do you want to be. YOU CAN DO THIS!

So I've had a bit of a set back.....but I can only blame myself. This past weekend, my boyfriend and I celebrated an anniversary/his birthday weekend....and I let my weaknesses get the best of me. I am disappointed in myself and I know I need to learn how to control these weaknesses.....that is my next goal!
