Just go to the team's page and it's the first forum "General Team Discussion" and the the "1st Sticky Note" thread titled "Fellowship Cafe" click on it and that's it. That's were we go to daily to chat with each other. Let me know if you find it.

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

Thank you! So what are you doing today? I am on day three of NO POP! woot woot! and am planning on going for another walk after work. and probably some type of strength training.

Yes, thank you for the warm welcome! Unfortunately, I think most people that are overweight have been in the yo-yo position! It's the worst!! But I'm ready for that to stop! I absolutely love your message. One day at a time is absolutely right. With every big change in life, you can only look at what you do day to day! So I knew I had to join this team. I am very excited about finding this site, and you finding me for this club.....and of course, the big change in my life to better my future!!:) good luck to you in your weight loss as well! Welcome to the team. I have been there, losing and gaining it back and more. But no matter what we cannot throw in the towel. Just stay focus for one day and push through today. and do it all over again tomorrow. You can do it! you're not alone, now you have this team to encourage and push you.

Hi everyone, my name is Melissa and this is day 2 of my weight loss journey. I am very motivated and determined! It isn't the easiest thing in the world, I am one of those people who have tried dieting a million times, and I'm successful....but I'm also successful and putting the weight back on! I lost 30 lbs last summer and I put it all back on and more by winter! That is not the way to do it! Anyway, I am here now...after finding this site, and I am ready to change my life! Just wanted to introduce myself and say a friendly hi!
