I have gotten in exercise for the first time in days

Long Term Goals: To fit in my size 10's and run in a 5k

Short Term Goals: To exercise at least 5x a week and lose 2 pounds a week

HALLOWEENBKWM That is a great way to start. Portion control so important. I would like to give you some tips that may help you cut calories as well on Mc Donalds and maybe other places. When I eat there, I always ask for no salt on my fries, I also ask them not to add additional salt on my meat/pattie, only one slice of chesse and try to ask for water instead of pop. Maybe also get the $1. menu items which are smaller. That way you cut calories probably by half and still enjoy your McDonald craving.

Sometimes me and my boyfriend to not over eat we will order one meal and share it. We find for the most part we get full with half the meal than one whole meal each, plus we're saving$$$ too.

LOLITA442 Yoga with a view like that sounds so great. I've never done Yoga, I don't think I am flexible enough plus I think I am too heavy. I bought a Yoga video for beginners but have not done it yet.

MERT58 I just went this morning to do the elliptical at the YMCA. I love those machines. It's been about a year since i've touched one. Once on it I was like omgosh how am i going to finish 10 minutes, my goal was to at least do 15 mins but I push through and did 30. Way to go to you.

I'm proud of myself, because yesterday, I didn't go over my calorie goal. AND today, my dad and I went to McDonald's. I usually get one the meals, and eat all of it. Today, I only ate the sandwich and less than half of the fries. It's not much, but I won over my habit of eating every bit of food on my "plate". ^_^

I finally took the first step of that dreadful FIRST WORKOUT. I worked out this morning after a long time. I did my Leslie Sansone 1 Mile DVD and the Billy Blanks, TAEBO (The Power Within) DVD. They were great. Altogether about 1 hour. I was beat.

I finally weighed myself and faced the fear.

I not only gained back all I had lost since I started but some too.

I already knew it. 2009 was not the year for me at all. It was a waist of time. I hope to be able to put it behind me and do my best in 2010. emoticon

I finally got controll of the pain and made it to the gym for the first time all year. Hopefully I did not over do it.

1. I have read 2 chapters of "The Spark".
2. So far I've been fighting the urge to eat junk food (Chocolates...).
3. Drinking my water.

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Actually took a much needed me day. Had my little niece but got a hair cut then we went and had some lunch with my little sister. Once she was down for her nap I cam home and took a break from working out and just used the evening to relax.
